on question number 4 i am struggling on figuring it out... how is it possible to find the period without knowing anytimes or any other forces?

i figured it out, we are solving for how long it takes to make one rotation so think about this...
say an object is moving at 2hz what is the period? how long does one rotation take?
1/2 a second? Does that mean just a period is 1/the rate at which something moves or vibrates?
